The Bahamas Swimming Federation recognizes the importance of education and maintaining academic excellence as well as excellence in the pool for our swimmers.

A new initiative that aims to supports the BSF student athletes in their pursuit of excellence in the classroom and in the pool will recognize those swimmers at the 2010 RBC National Swimming Championships.

BSF Clubs, Coaches and other BSF Members will nominate Student-Athletes with a GPA of 3.5 or higher who have represented the Bahamas on a national team or qualified to compete at the 2010 national swimming championships.

PLEASE download and print off the form to share with your swimmers and their familieswho have achieved a 3.5 GPA or above during the past academic school year and have qualified for the RBC National Swimming Championships.

Forms must be completed and submitted electronically with a jpeg headshot to bsf_news@yahoo.com no later than the end of May 2010.

BSF student-athletes will be recognized at the championships and in this years nationals programme booklet.
